Fajita spice blend

410

With so many spice blends available for purchase, why would you ever make your own? Customization, baby! It’s amazing how little tweaks with “heat” or “herbiness” can make a spice blend your own. I also tend to not add salt to my spice blends. This way, you can be sure to add the right amount of salt during the cooking process.

Another added benefit is freshness. If you are working with fresh core spices, making small batches of your blends will ensure they stay relatively fresh. So, get mixing!
