Pricing

$6-8 per course/person

Includes

• Chef Wayne on-site, plating and interacting with guests (if requested)
• Warm and chilled tray station for leftover courses (if there are any!)
• Trained food servers take the food to your guests
• All high-end disposable serving ware, utensils, napkins supplied
• End of shift clean-up and waste disposal

Details

• Food prepared on-site in your kitchen or facility
• Recommend 2-3 courses per hour of your event
• We can serve up to 150 guests and up to four hours

Minimums

• Two courses per hour
• Two hours of service
• 60 guests
