There is so much history when it comes to both Jerk seasoning and the cooking method. Jerk seasoning is warm, fragrant and spicy! It’s a uniquely Jamaican seasoning which has been developed over centuries and is more versatile than using it on just the ubiquitous “Jerk Chicken”. Add this to roasted potatoes, sprinkle over eggs, over grilled corn on the cob – the uses are endless but you’ll always walk away with that Jamaican, Caribbean flavor in what ever you use it on.
